H2A.Z/H2A.F/Z (H2A/z) is a 128 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene
H2XYZ. Eukaryotic histones are basic and water soluble nuclear proteins that
form hetero-octameric nucleosome particles by wrapping 146 base pairs of DNA
sequentially in a left-handed super-helical turn to form chromosomal fiber.
Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3 and H4) form
the octamer, which is comprised of two H2A-H2B dimers and two H3-H4 dimers,
creating two nearly symmetrical halves by tertiary structure. H2A.Z/H2A.F/Z
is a variant Histone H2A which replaces conventional H2A in a subset of
nucleosomes. Nucleosomes wrap and compact DNA into chromatin, limiting DNA
accessibility to the cellular machineries which require DNA as a template.
Histones thereby play a central role in tran-scription regulation, DNA
repair, DNA replication and chromosomal stability. DNA accessibility is
regulated via a complex set of posttranslational modifications of histones,
also called histone code, and nucleosome remodeling. H2A.Z/H2A.F/Z may be
involved in the formation of constitutive heterochromatin and may be required
for chromosome segregation during cell division.

保存條件:

Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀釋液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀釋液優(yōu)先推薦4℃保存，長期不使用可以考慮-20℃保存，但凍融可能會導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)輕微的渾濁和少量不溶物。
注意事項:
如果本抗體用于Western blot (WB)、**熒光(IF)、**細胞化學(xué)(ICC)等實驗，請注意回收使用過的稀釋抗體?；厥盏目贵w通常至少可以重復(fù)使用5-10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經(jīng)使用過的稀釋抗體，請4℃保存。
回收后重復(fù)使用的抗體，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復(fù)使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)抗體出現(xiàn)輕微混濁現(xiàn)象，可以10,000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續(xù)檢測。如果回收的抗體出現(xiàn)明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
提供的Western一抗稀釋液也可以用于**熒光(IF)、**組化(IHC)、**細胞化學(xué)(ICC)等適當(dāng)用途。如果希望獲得*佳的檢測效果，請考慮使用上述檢測專用的一抗稀釋液。
